Don't understand my credit report?

You owed $308.00 to a hospital and didn't pay in time they sent it to a collection agency and you paid it then you owe nothing now bill payed but they have it on record of a payment that went to a collection agency so giving you a lower credit rating, it will be removed in 2016.
