What jobs are there in the coast guard that you do law enforcement?

I know that everyone has the ability to be on the boarding team, and while acting upon that you are doing security work. But what jobs is there that all you do is security? I would like to bust drug smugglers and all of that good stuff down in florida, or somewhere on the coast. I really don't want to be on a boat for months at a time away from my family. What types of jobs are the people doing that patrol the great lakes and large rivers? My recruiter told me that there is a new division coming in february, where all you do is law enforcement but he said I could find all he knew about it on the internet, but I have found none.. anybody know what he is talking about?
