What actions can I take?

Around Mid/Late April I left my home town to go visit my mother. It was for an undetermined amount of time, and while I was gone I was planning on visiting my daughters grandparents on her fathers side as well. When I got there, things were fine and dandy. We hadn't had a good relationship, since she hadn't been around much when I was younger. When I was 13-15, I lived with her. Those were the worst years of my life. After I had my daughter we started communicating over facebook about two years ago (so 8 years after the last time Id seen or spoken to her etc). Anyways it lead to me visiting. I stayed with her for about three weeks, and worked for her boyfriends restraunt. She threw a hissy fit over something and I didn't stand for it, considering someone shouldnt act like theyve raised you when they havent. blah blah blah. WHen I left, she put all my things in the living room and i packed up my car. I told her I would have to come back to get the rest, which included a 100 dollar mage table and a bag of things which was supposed to include an older phone of mine that just happened to be worth over 400 dollars and was only a few months old. when I tried to come back, she either wouldnt answer the door or wouldnt answer her phone, and I had to get going since id already made plans to be somewhere else, and couldnt afford to stay in a hotel room anymore. I stopped my mail two days after leaving. I tried to contact her multiple times about my phone, and mage table, as well as some mail that had been delivered prior to me leaving (packages worth 100's of dollars) and she hasnt contacted me back. What actions can I take to get my things or money back???
