If i run for 2minutes Every 20minutes, will i lose Weight, If i carry on for a month?

When you get down to it, losing weight is a matter of expending more calories than you consume. uming you're not consuming any extra calories (or any other specific health-related issues), you will lose weight as you are expending more calories than you would if you weren't running at all.
