hi ever budy i need 1 favour i need a solution of my prob n dat is m suffering from anxiety...once some thing comes up in ma mind my head starts aching for weeks...i wana change ma mind doing different things but i dun know y da devilish imgainations n thinkings come to my mind n disturbes me alot m always worried as if some things goona happen to me...n when i go to doc he says ur all rite u need a psychatrist ...then after a while i become totally ok...bt may be i guess coz of my lonliness anxiety attacks upon me...n i know these false thinkings r all worthless bt they r not getting outta ma mind once enters....
