I want to have soft, straight and manageable hair......?

I am 23 years of age.My hair is dry, tangle and unmanageable. While it was soft, straight and easy to manage before. So, i need a simple solution of it. I need some simple products whice are available everywhere and inexpensive or any home made products. I haven't used any hair color except Mehindi.
