Medi Cal Fraud Penalties?

A false income record would be fraud. A federal offense. If fraud is proven,the person could face jail,a huge fine and would have to repay any benefits they received. They would also be barred from ever receiving government benefits again. Anyone that can afford a house of that value has no need for tax payer benefits.
