Was the strike zone the same for Bumgarner as it was for the Rangers pitchers (I only watched highlights)?

They mentioned on MLB tonight (this morning) that the home plate ump was giving Bumgarner quite a few pitches off the plate, so Bumgarner stayed on the corners, but was the HP ump doing the same for the Rangers pitchers?
