Are the SkullCandy G.I. Rasta headphones good?

Ok so yesterday, for my birthday, i got the SkullCandy G.I. Rasta headphones. Does anyone have them or know about them that can tell me about them? If they're noise cancelling, if they are durable? please help! and if "you" don't like them, please recommend what i should exchange them for (they have a lifetime warranty).
