Back Yard Dog Breeders?

I would like a good website that is dedicated to stopping byb's. I have too many friends who are turning to dogs to get their spending money. I haven't said anything about it until now... I never thought my friends would actually do this. I thought they were smarter than that. BTW, I do have friends who are responsible dog breeders. And guess what? They aren't having any litters this year. They'll lose too much money.
