Describe how someone would embody this Mission Statement?

My take on it: A teacher who works with their students to help them achieve their best potential both academically and personally. One who teaches children the life skills and social skills of how to be flexible (the managing change part), and how to live and work cooperatively with others. This teacher would embody what s/he is attempting to mold their students into: an intelligent, caring person who is understanding and can demonstrate flexibility within a framework of rules inside the clroom setting.
