Instead of banning smoking across the board...?

I don't smoke and I don't like it or be near it, but I do think smokers have rights just the same as we do. I think that where a room can be set aside for smokers it should be permitted. Pubs are suffering terribly over this and a smoking bar area would be the answer. Trains, buses ,shops and anywhere like that, noway. One should also consider the revenue that smoking brings in.
