Transfer under minors act?

My husband (deceased) and I ing a custodian for my children for on a property. Deed of Gift to him the custodian and children one is 16 yrs. and the other 8 yrsawith Transfers under minors act. We found out he has a previous record for theft of services. can we remove him?
