What can I do to fix compost that has gone 'Sour' in my plastic compost tumbler?

Too much high nitrogen material will "spoil" and cause the sourness. Add some more carbon (browns) such as dead leaves, dry gr and weeds. Also, aerating the compost by turning it more often will help.
