Ok, I'm a "poet", or you could say that. Could I get an organization to publish my poetry?

Well, I'm kind of a poet. I'm 17 and I have had some of my poems published at anthologies and stuff and I want to pursue writing. The thing is, I'd like to do something more generous like with my poetry. I've been thinking of something lately, what if I can get a big charity organization to publish my poetry and all of the profits to go to "them" (or should I say to the people being helped by the charity), yet let me keep my rights to my poetry. Is this possible???????? does it involve a complicated process??? please give me advice on every single possible situation that might come up upon doing this. How to do it on the first place? thanks.
