Why does an aluminum can I just opened have green spots on the inside?

I just opened a can of enchilada sauce and after I used it I saw 4 green spots on the inside of the can, nothing came off in the sauce. I tried scratching it but it is part of the can. It looks like a sideways oval with a darker middle and lighter green towards the edges. I can't find anything else like it online.
